The Full story from losing my business to become a Business consultant
I did it all wrong, at first!
When I First started my first business back in 2015, after leaving my stable job in an international company in Egypt. I was an ambitious, first-time business owner, with no business experiences
Searching for support or consultant who went though similar situation, to help me plan and run my dream business, all I could found either a high paying consultants with so long time frame, low experienced consultants or experienced mentors, but its not structured or consistent
Then I had to do my it by myself searching for planning tools and templates، the more I search the more I become confused, doing many steps wrong, wasted months in this processes with no support or help unless some kind random advises
Eventually I come-up with the best plan I could at that time and it was full of mistakes in addition to the mistakes we made in execution, that’s cost us our dream business, wasting 3 years of hard work (2015-2017), having personal debt، the experience was painful and I didn’t recover from this shock easily
